RETURN POLICY 

We’re so sorry you didn’t absolutely love your order...but we are happy to let you know we do accept returns and exchanges on full price items. 
Dauntess’ hair may be exchanged or returned within 7 business days of the delivery date if the hair is in the same condition it was sent in. Before processing your return, please make sure of the following:
  • Gold Bands are still wrapped around the bundle in its original state.

  • Bundles have not been unraveled, styled (brushed, colored, cut, curled, etc) or installed

  • Hair does not have any foreign scents.
  • Hair is in its original packaging ready for resale.

Full-price merchandise may be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be made after 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
